We built Vista Azule because we love Carolina Beach — but for years, we could never find a home that truly worked for a large gathering of family and friends. The houses that slept enough people never had enough bathrooms. The ones with great views weren't built for real cooking. The ones with nice kitchens didn't have outdoor space that could hold everyone at once. So eventually, we stopped looking and started building.
The thing we're most proud of is the balance the house strikes between connection and privacy. Every bedroom is a genuine suite with its own luxury bathroom, so no one feels like they drew the short straw on sleeping arrangements. But the open living spaces and the chef's kitchen — outfitted with doubles of everything — pull everyone back together when it matters.
